  • How much does the Health Watchers diet cost

    The basic package, which includes three main meals and two snacks, is 25USD/day. But we can create tailor-made packages, where prices vary.

  • Does the delivery service cover all the regions?

    Yes, we cover all the areas across Lebanon.

     

  • How much weight do I need to lose to gain health benefits?

    Weight loss is a case-by-case issue, but in general losing as little as 5% of body weight can be very helpful and a step in the right direction. 

     

  • What are some good sources of fiber?

    The average intake of fibers for adults should be between 15 to 20g/day. We recommend: whole grains, bran, fruits and vegetables.

  • Are weight loss supplements helpful in losing weight?

    Diet pills rarely lead to a permanent weight loss. The best method for weight loss is a combination between good healthy eating habits and exercise.

  • How much water should a normal healthy adult drink on a daily basis?

    It is recommended:

    • For men: 3L/day
    • For women 2L/day

     

     

  • Is sleep important to weight loss?

    Having sleep deprivation may slow down the metabolism. Seven hours of sleep per night is the optimal sleeping time to help you feel energized and healthy.

  • What is the best time to exercise?

    Ideally the earlier the better, nevertheless a regular physical activity is recommended to maintain a healthy lifestyle depending on each individual’s schedule.

     

  • Is it better to get vitamins & minerals from food or from supplements?

    A pill can’t be a substitute for a healthy diet. Food is always the best and natural source of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Here are some examples:

    • Sweet potatoes are a high source of Vitamin A
    • Chickpeas are a high source of Vitamin B6
    • Cooked clams are a high source of Vitamin B12
    • Sweet red peppers are a high source of Vitamin C
    • Plain low fat yogurt is a high source of Calcium
    • Salmon is a high source of Vitamin D
    • Leafy green vegetables are high source of Foliate
    • Tomatoes are a high source of Lycopene
  • How can I control my snacking problem?

    Eat well-balanced meals and allow for nutritious snacks. Plan your snacks in advance; they should include lean protein & high fiber sources (low fat yogurt, fruits and light cereal bars).

  • Is drinking coffee everyday ok?

    Drinking up to 3 (8oz) cups of coffee per day can be very healthy. Caffeine may protect against diabetes, Alzheimer disease, gout and liver disease.
